This seminar session will introduce small businesses, startups and microbusiness owners to  the tools of social media in  a practical and interactive way.  Covering off on the basics of each of the main social media tools, how to use them, how they can increase sales in your business and how to manage these channels, the session is designed for newbies, technophobes and anyone who is ready to jump in the social media pool.  Bring your laptops and questions for on the spot assistance and set ups. Your facilitator will be Jodi Telha, Tasmanian social media guru.
