Imitation – The sincerest form of flattery

First, Startup Tasmania was flattered when Startup Britain kept up their colonial behaviour and conveniently used our naming convention. Now, were even more flattered that they have changed their logo – to look exactly like ours! Obviously, they, like us, think our designer is uber talented and felt that they couldn’t improve on the perfection that is the SupTas bold red and white. And why would you bother investing in some original design when you are on a shoestring multimillion dollar budget backed by a handful of billionaires? Startup Britain, we are honoured to be your muses, and look forward to sharing our incredible strategic plan for startup domination so the rest of the western world will crumble at our mighty force. On the beaches, in co-working spaces – whatever.
