Micro-sites will be available at the Taste 2014-15 as incubator sites, to help new businesses out with a low-cost market entry path.
Similar to the growing 'pop up' business trend, operators will be able to take out a micro stall for a few days, rather than committing to a whole week. It might also be a useful concept in Salamanca's markets, say the organisers.
