 Pitch Club is back in Hobart! We need numbers so they will come back again. Startup Tasmania is an active contributor and supporter to Pitch Club (and we also invited them to come back for a visit). And oh, for the ones that are Pitching, Good luck!
Pitch Club is a national event that offers entrepreneurs the chance to ‘pitch’ (aka present) their ideas to a crowd of like-minded individuals, service providers, Angel Investors and more with a view to gaining networks, knowledge and capital.

Key things to note about the Pitch Club event:
- Have fun!
- If you want to pitch get there early, grab a Pitch ticket from Josh or any of the Pitch Club Crew (eight pitchers max).
- Practice your Pitch (90 secs, what is the opportunity, the solution/product, proof, and ask for what u want).
- Four finalists picked from first round.
- Finalists go to round two where they get five minutes to flesh out their idea and for questions.
- Winners become nominees for the big Pitch Club at the end of the year in Oct/Nov.
- Network, don’t waste the opportunity to meet people. Keep in mind, there could be anyone in the crowd!! (knowledge, networks, $$)
